Preparation of Monthly closing and cost accounting report -Assist in compiling information from various sources in order to prepare reports relating to budgets, accounting, finance and statistics -Preparation of Monthly Management accounting report and reconciliation within the specified monthly deadline -Reviewing receivables by monitoring and following up on customers’ credit situation -Compile & Analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts -Establish, maintain & coordinate the implementation of accounting & control procedures to ensure that inherent process gaps that could lead to error and fraud are closed out immediately once noticed -Analyze & review budgets & expenditures. -Monitor & review accounting & related system reports for accuracy & completeness -Monitor & ensure compliance on relevant tax remittance. - Review payroll entries, invoices & other accounting document prior to actual payment. -interact with internal & external auditors in completing audits.

Preparation of invoices, Credit Notes and Debit Notes as may be necessary -Maintain company’s outstanding receivables and payables records -Monitor the sub-imprest bank and petty cash accounts regularly, to ensure that adequate funds are available and appropriately disbursed. -Monitoring accounts and tracking financial records -Sends bills to customers, processes refunds and work to resolve billing disputes. -Carry out monthly bank reconciliations and raise entries to clear outstanding items -Review and reconcile Pre- month-end closing with the Finance Manager -Developing reports for top management by summarizing the business financial position in areas of income, expenses, capital usage and cashflows. -Ensure proper codification of financial transactions -Verify vendor claims, advances and other receivables and observe appropriate procurement procedures, to ensure that suppliers are paid in a timely manner and in conformance with company finance rules and regulations.
