• Working with stakeholders to define requirements and delivery milestones • Managing team comprising of Site Engineers, Surveyors, Foremen, Laboratory Technicians, Artisans, Environmentalist, HSE and Equipment operators • Overseeing borehole drilling, storage and supply to community • Overseeing the management of all company’s projects • Financial management including budgeting, forecasting and obtaining funding from sponsor (through raising of financial certificate) • Providing high level project reports to stakeholders, working group and Executive Committee • Delivering objectives to strict budgets and deadlines • Project Planning and tracking; creating key milestones and performance indicators • Organizing and leading workshop seminar based on social and environmental issues addressing Gender Based Violence(GBV), Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA), and Child Abuse/Exploitation (CAE) • Regular Community engage in a violent working environment • Management of third party vendor works, contractors and suppliers across the projects
