I worked at outsource Global for an international organization "Citizens Disability" as a L1 support typically known as customer service agent. I was tasked with the responsibility of making outbound calls to leads generated by the company in other to pre-qualify these leads to see if they maybe eligible for an increase in the disability benefit they receive from the social security, help them sign up with our partnering health care insurance company and finally help them get their prescriptions mailed to them to ease their stress.
