Position : Unit Manager - Lagos

We are recruiting Unit Managers.

Duties:

  • Build a team of a minimum of 10 people in the local  government you reside
  • Leading, training, and managing other members of the team and dealing and sell our product
  • Managing agents responsible for customer enrolment.
  • Pre-meeting, meeting and presentation to LGA allocated.
  • Achieving sales targets while motivating agents to do same.
  • Daily report achievements and challenges of team members.
  • Organise and coordinate medical outreaches.
  • Provide necessary information and report to  BD Manager.
Required profile for job ad : Unit Manager - Lagos
  • Graduate of any suitable degree.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for Sales and Marketing
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
  • Willingness to travel
  • You must have a minimum of 4 years sales experience.
  • Insurance and Banking experience would be an added advantage.
