Position : Secretarial Coordinator

We are looking for profiles and CVs of Secretarial Coordinators that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Duties

  • Process all departmental invoices and expenses ;
  • Assist other members of the department ;
  • Contribute to the firm’s service excellence ;
  • Assist in answering calls and emails ;
  • Prepare confidential documents ;
  • Provide overall administrative support.
