JOB SUMMARY
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in Agbara, Ogun State and will like to employ the service of a competent sales representative. You will be required to forge relationships with current and prospective clients, and use these connections as opportunities to drive sales and promote well-being. You will also perform ongoing competitor analysis to ensure that the firm remains a leading provider in the field.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Organize appointments and meetings with the community- and hospital-based healthcare staff
- identify and establish new businesses within the state
- negotiate contracts with customers
- Identify all local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, Pharmacy stores, and, other health providers) and convert them to prospective customers
- Develop and execute a sales growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Required profile for job ad : Sales Representative REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceuticals or in a relevant
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience as a sales representative in a pharmaceutical company with a proven track record
- Previous work experience in a similar position will be an advantage is a must
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritisings, time management, and organisational skills
Must be a resident of Benin City
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and networking skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
