Liason Officer/ Supervisor

MG is a new restaurant opening in Ojo, Lagos.

We require Liaison Officer to oversea the operations and report back to management.

The Liaison Officer is responsible for acting as the company’s representative providing efficient communication between the Management, team and customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for all aspects of all Food & Beverage outlets within the business
• Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running the business
• First point of contact for all events
• Randomly inspecting F&B departments to check the stock in hand (quality, par stock levels, expiry dates, etc.) with the department managers
• Deal with suppliers as and when necessary.
• Working with colleagues to share skills, knowledge, resources and networks. Highly focused, have excellent communication skills; be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation.
• To ensure the business operates effectively on a day-to-day basis
• To act as Duty Manager as and when required, ensuring a professional standard of service and product throughout the business
• To undertake any other reasonable tasks requested by the senior management team.

Ideal Applicant

• Restaurant Manager in a fast paced environment
• Must have previous experience of a busy business with multiple outlets and conference & Banqueting experience.
