Position : Hotel General Manager

We are looking for profiles and CVs of Hotel General Managers that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Duties:

  • Lead, direct and manage all hotel operations ;
  • Recruit, interview and train team members ;
  • Drive sales and revenue ;
  • Ensure guest satisfaction ;
  • Ensure that the hotel's financial, business and customer service objectives are achieved ;
  • Communicate with guests ;
  • Develop the annual business plan ;
  • Manage the Housekeeping Department ;
  • Review financial reports ;
  • Execute successful sales and marketing campaigns.

  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in the hotel industry ;
