Position : Business Office Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

A successful Business Office Executive must be entrepreneural minded with great leadership skills and qualities to ensure the office runs smoothly. This is achieved both from the front office by being customer focused and also from the back office by being operationally focused. Typically, the main duties /responsibilities of a Business Office Executive includes:

1.Management of Office Employees, dealing with any employee complaints and ensuring employees work are up to standard.

2. Data Management to ensure all data needed by top management and the entire office to function are adequate and available.

3. Handling office Administration to ensure effective office operations are achieved

4. Conduct, analyse and make meaning of Market Research to aid informed decision making by top management.

5. Management of all Correspondence to and within the organization.

6. Perform Customer Service functions as the face of the office and also also serve as the liaison between office employees and upper management.

REMUNERATION

#90,000.00 - #120,000 monthly

JOB REQUIREMENTS

If you can fit into the above job description or you have previous experience as an Office Executive or similar Administrative or Managerial role, we’d like to meet you.

Skills and Qualification

* HND/Bsc. or experienced OND from a reputable institution

* Proficiency with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word specifically)

* Strong management skills especially in communication, coordinating and planning

* Proficient in Customer Service antics and attitudes

* Good researching skills including analytic reasoning.
