Position : Back Office Assistant

We are looking for profiles and CVs of Back Office Assistants that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.


  • Organize meetings;
  • Write minutes of meetings;
  • Respond to the information needs of different employees;
  • Perform various administrative tasks;
  • Prepare the necessary elements for invoicing;
  • Perform the reporting and monitoring of the activity.
Required profile for job ad : Back Office Assistant
  • Bac +2 training;
  • 2 years experience in a similar position;
  • Mastery of computer tools;
  • Relational ease;
